QualitiesFilters Direct bag filters can be used in the first or second filter stage. Ranging from Class G3 to F9. these filters can be utilised for many different filtration applications. The bag filter medium is made of high quality, unbreakable synthetic fibres. The fibres are progressively developed into a filter medium by means of a multi-layering technique. This technology guarantees lower air resistance, which also entails reduced energy consumption. Advantages of bag filters • Large filter surface • Ultrasonically welded bags and spacers • Bags are 100% leak-tight due to ultrasonic welding technique • Extremely high particle interception capacity • Total filtration by media with synthetic multi-layering technique • Lengthy service life • Low energy consumption • Dimensions compliant with EN15805 • Moisture-resistant • Corrosion-free • Totally combustable ConstructionBag filters have ultrasonically welded leak-tight bags, assembled in a polystyrene frame. Bag filters are resistant to temperatures of up to 70°C. ApplicationBag filters are used in air treatment cabinets, air conditioning systems, public areas, and as a pre-filter in cleanrooms and the pharmaceuticals industry. Installation• Ensure that the filter is fitted correctly: Suction side – clean air side • Filter should be correctly installed: No leaks • Gaskets should be completely undamaged • Filter should be secured at four points • Ensure that the filter medium is not folded double • Take care to avoid damaging the filter during installation • System should be run in for several hours to achieve the desired result • Filter installation records; note the date, type and initial resistance. |
