FML paint-stop glass fibre filter medias

Paint Stop is a high performance filter media especially used for paint spray. The filter media is a silicone-free. Glass fibre filter medias consist of a glass fibre cocoon of inordinately positioned fibres in an elastice fibre braid. They are characterized by the excellent relation of the optimal fibre structure, fibre diameter and coating weight per unit area. Jack Filter glass fibre filter medias have a progressive structure. The entire depth of the filter media is utilized to store paint particles. Low compressibility prevents the compression of the filter media even under heavy paint-load. High arrestance under reduced pressure drop, especially un der high paint spray exposure, makes this filter media a highly economical air filter. Paint Stop filter media are used to protect ventilation channels, electric motors and fans before paint spray contamination. For easy identification the dust side is coloured green. Glass fibre medias are fire-proof according to DIN4102.
